No marketing fee
We work on commission basis, and dont charge you Up Front for our marketing efforts. You pay us only when we sell your business.

Buyer Evaluation
We present only serious buyers, who are selected in accordance with our criteria of credibility and financial capacity along with the seriousness of intentions and business capability.

Negotiation Process
We assist our clients to resolve problems and to conclude a deal to the satisfaction of both seller and buyer. We can also provide our clients with referrals to appropriate attorneys, accountants and financial sources, if needed.
